Microsoft Course 20461 Querying Microsoft® SQL Server® – in Cleveland, Ohio
Located in Beachwood off I-271, DeVore serves the Northeast Ohio Area, including Akron – Canton, Warren – Youngstown and Erie, Pa.
This course is the foundation for all things SQL with Microsoft SQL Server. The Microsoft T-SQL extensions are fundamental and necessary for individuals administering a Microsoft SQL S
erver database, individuals writing software that will connect with a Microsoft SQL Server Database, and individuals writing reports using Microsoft Tools, including SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Analysis services, SQL Server Report Builder, Excel, Access, and third-party software that uses Microsoft SQL Server to store data.
This course is the flagship Official Microsoft class dealing with both SQL Queries and Microsoft’s Transact SQL implementation.
It is a good bet that with the importance of Transact SQL to all things Microsoft, that Microsoft put substantial resources into optimizing this training.
Most recently, Microsoft has moved away from making each course version specific, and has revised the SQL content to apply to all reasonably recent versions of SQL Server, so you would not have the dilemma of your company is using 2008 now and plans to upgrade to 2012 in six months, which class should you take.
That said, IF your company is using an older version such as 2008 and does not have plans to upgrade, DeVore offers the Microsoft Official Courses for each version specifically for your group.
DeVore does accept Microsoft SATV vouchers as payment for IT Professional Technical Training.
If your interests are reporting in Excel, Access, Crystal Reports and third party tools, you may wish to consider DeVore’s two-day ANSI SQL course, SQL – Basics of Writing SQL Queries and Stored Procedures – Level 1
