Course Description: In most organizations, Outlook is the primary business productivity tool. This in-depth introduction to using Outlook will provide hands-on experience, best practices, productivity tips, and awareness of the advanced features that are availble when an individual has gained some Outlook experience.
Most individuals are self taught in Outlook and can send and respond to email. Much of the power in Outlook is in the less-obvious features, where the productivity power lies. This training will provide a thorough grounding in the features of Outlook the Individual will find valuable in their work.
