DeVore Technologies

The UH project team selected several individuals from DeVore’s Instructor Team to work in the roles of curriculum development and live training delivery.

Working over a period of a year and one-half, the instructors worked with the project team in learning and designing the training and documentation for the different modules of the program as it was developed, participated in testing, modified the documentation as changes were made, then taught the classes during the live rollout and provided feedback to the development team throughout the process.

Instructors were added to the group to provide additional capacity, as the project neared the “go live” date, and continue to train additional groups on an “as needed” basis.
