Training Success Stories
General Electric
Six Sigma Program Support

At the beginning of GE's Six Sigma training program, they found a significant number of their students were deficient in computer skills, subsequently slowing the pace of the main training initiative, and they could not cover all of the appropriate materials within the time period slotted for the training. DeVore developed a Monday morning "jump start" program where individuals could receive "up and running" focused training prior to the commencement of the Six Sigma specific material.
