Project Scope
With many business owners, real estate developers, and city commisions, the Flats Oxbow Association helps oversee the development and planning issues that effect the Flats of Cleveland.

As an active participant in the civic life of Cleveland, the association needed a web presence to serve as a clearing house for contact information, as well as to put a public face on what their mission and history has been.

With dynamic surveys, a web cam adds current information pertaining to the future of the Flats. This site is a constant source of community development information and is open to the public.
