Client Challenge
As STERIS Corporation grew, it found itself with sales and
service people all over the US and soon all over the world.
The process of collecting payroll information from individuals
not in Cleveland area became a very time consuming process.
Project Scope
The initial prototype was to develop a database application
to streamline the exhausting process of calculating payroll
within different tax situations. Internal human resources
staff would collect the payroll information from assigned
managers and enter the information.

Resolution
DeVore created a standalone desktop database application to
help manage this process. Soon after deployment, the cost savings
realized were immediate and substantial. Because of
this success, DeVore was again commissioned to further explorer
and develop this process and turn into a web based application
available directly to the field managers. |
